By booking an appointment or shopping with Gina Belle Wellness, you agree and consent to the following policies.
Cancellations and No Shows:
- Cancellations must be done with at least 24 hours notice. In the event of a late cancellation or no show for an in-spa service, the fee is $50 and an invoice will be sent. If service is less than $50, the fee is the price of the service.
- If appointment is able to be filled by another client, cancellation fee will be waived.
- Virtual services require payment 24 hours prior to service.
- Cancellations can be made via call, text or email at (508) 405-1192 or gina@ginabellewellness.com.
Refunds:
- There are no refunds for services rendered.
- There are no refunds for intuitive readings paid for and not cancelled with at least 24 hours notice.
- Refunds for products purchased must be made within 30 days of purchase. Products purchased from Gina Belle Wellness may be returned within 30 days if you are not happy with the product. Email us at gina@ginabellewellness.com, and an authorization return code will be issued for you to include in your shipment. Mail returned items to Gina Belle Wellness, 42 Turnpike Road, Southborough, MA 01772. A refund (Not including original shipping) will be issued within three days of package receipt. Products purchased with a Gift Certificate will be refunded with a store/spa credit.
Intuitive Readings and Intuitive Facials:
- By booking an intuitive reading or intuitive facial, you understand and agree that any intuitive guidance given is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
- You understand and agree that intuitive guidance is not predictive in nature, and that any decisions you make are exclusively your own and you take full responsibility for said decisions.
- You agree to voluntarily hold harmless Gina Bellio and Gina Belle Wellness for any actions or events which make take place following these services.
Referrals:
- A free service will be given to any client who refers three clients. The free service must be equal to or less than an averaged pricing of the three referral services or can be used as a credit toward a service greater than that averaged pricing.
- Reward for referrals must be for services and not applied toward product and retail sales.
- The free service will be provided once all three referrals have received and paid for their services.
Shopping in the Online Store:
- Orders can only be shipped to addresses in the United States.
- Orders will be shipped as soon as possible, typically within 24 hours Monday through Friday, via U.S. postal service first-class mail.
