My Spa is located on the second floor accessible via stairs.  Please let me know if you have any difficulty using stairs.

Services may be paid for using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express), cash, check or Venmo.  If you are using a gift certificate or an e-gift certificate, please bring the certificate or the certificate number of the emailed gift certificate with you.

My Spa is located inside of the Merle Norman/LisaKen Salon at 42 Turnpike Road, Southborough, MA.  

This is a standalone gray building located on Route 9 East, just after the intersection of Oak Hill Road and Route 9.  You will see a sign for the Owen O'Leary Pub and then a Motor Lodge sign and then a sign for our building (the Merle Norman/LisaKen Studio.)  

Parking is available on both sides of the building, and the entrance door is located in the front of the building. 

New clients will be asked to fill out a confidential consultation form so that I may customize the service and make your Spa visit as relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

This will also allow me to have the room exactly as you like it upon your arrival!
