Accessibility

The Spa is located on the second floor accessible via stairs.  Please let us know if you have any difficulty using stairs.  

The Spa has a 24-hour Cancellation Policy.  Please cancel or reschedule your appointment within this timeframe to avoid incurring a $50 cancellation fee (an invoice will be sent for payment).  If we are able to fill the appointment, cancellation fee will be waived.  Please note, no show missed appointments without notice will be charged for the full price of session booked.

Services may be paid for using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express), cash, check or Venmo.  If you are using a gift certificate or an e-gift certificate, please bring the certificate or the certificate number of the emailed gift certificate with you. 

Zoom sessions require payment when you book your session.   If you are using a Gift Certificate, please put in the code on the back of certificate.  If you are using an E-gift card, code is the last 4 numbers of your E-Gift Certificate number.  If you have any problems using a gift certificate, please call us at (508) 405-1192 and we will give you a code to use.  

If you have a Zoom session scheduled, you will receive the Zoom link via email two days prior to appointment.

If appointment is cancelled, a refund will be issued that day.  Cancellations that are made within 24 hours of appointment will incur a $50 cancellation fee.  Cancellations may be made via email at gina@ginabellewellness.com or text/call at (508) 405-1192.  Missed appointments without notice cannot be refunded.

The Spa is located inside of the LisaKen Salon at 42 Turnpike Road, Southborough, MA.  

This is a standalone gray building located on Route 9 East, just after the intersection of Oak Hill Road and Route 9.  You will see a sign for the Owen O'Leary Pub and then a Motor Lodge sign and then a sign for our building (the Merle Norman/LisaKen Studio.)  

Parking is available on both sides of the building, and the entrance door is located in the front of the building. 

New clients are asked to fill out a confidential consent form to make your Spa visit as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.  You may submit the form online below, and your spa room will be customized and ready for you when you arrive!  You may also complete the form when you arrive for your session.  (Please allow an extra 10 minutes in addition to your session time.)
